Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Pops
These super simple Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Pops are perfect for dessert tables for events like Baby Showers and Birthday Parties!
Hey, y'all! Over the last few weeks, I've been sharing with ya'll bits and pieces of the dessert table that I created for my brother's girlfriend's baby shower. The smooth, tart and decadent Strawberry Mousse was a total hit! The heart-shaped Rice Krispie Treats couldn't have been any easier to make and the Guava Pastries were a nod to Maru's Puerto Rican heritage.
The remaining desserts were all equally as simple! One of these was a marshmallow lollipop dipped in white or pink chocolate and covered with pink and white sprinkles. Sounds easy enough, right? I mean, this project is such a breeze that you could even have the kiddos help! Not only are they perfect for baby showers but they are also great for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day as well!
1. Pierce each marshmallow with a lollipop stick. Set aside.
2. Melt the chocolate according to the package instructions.
3. Dip each marshmallow in the chocolate.
4. Cover with sprinkles.
5. Place the marshmallow pops on wax paper and allow the chocolate to set.
Each of our lollipops was decorated a little differently. We had fun coming up with different designs and combinations for each one.
Be sure to save this pin for your next party! These little guys are sure to be a hit! See you next time!
