Hey, y'all! Welcome to the very first installment of my Weekly Meal Plan Menu! Each week I will be sharing some of my favorite recipes for you to use as you are planning your meals throughout the week. To access the recipes, simply click on the recipe title or photos.

A new weekly menu plan will be posted every Saturday morning so you have plenty of time to hit the grocery store before your busy week starts.

Monday- Meatless Mondays Tuesday- Taco Tuesday featuring our favorite Mexican food Wednesday- Low-Carb Cuisine Thursday- Anything Goes Thursday Friday- Pizza Fridays Saturday- No Cook Saturdays. This is our night to go out with friends, family or enjoy a date night! Sunday- Traditional All-American meals!
It's no secret that I've been on a low-carb kick lately. That doesn't mean I can't still enjoy the hell out of Taco Tuesday. This Scrumptious Low-Carb Chicken Enchilada Casserole is one of my favorite guilt-free Taco Tuesday meals! Pair it with rice or this delightful Mexican Cauliflower Rice recipe. This pin is heating up on Pinterest and one bite will help you see just why!
Low Carb Wednesday
Spaghetti squash is one of my absolute favorite vegetables! This Italian-Style Spaghetti Squash with Meatballs recipe is guaranteed to be a hit at your dinner table. Of course, you could always substitute traditional pasta for the veggie version, simply cook it until al dente and follow the recipe as laid out. Enjoy this dish with a fresh salad, Texas Toast or Easy to Make Garlic Herb Knots.
Anything Goes Thursday
This week for Anything Goes Thursday, we're heating things up with this Sweet and Spicy Sriracha Chicken dish. The great thing about this dish is you can make it as spicy as you'd like! The combination of sweet honey and smokey Sriracha are absolutely dynamite! Enjoy this dish on a bed of white or fried rice, with steamed vegetables or on a broccoli slaw.
There's nothing more fun than making your very own homemade pizza! This quick and easy dinner idea uses already prepared Naan as a short cut so you can whip it up in no time! Pile on all of your favorite toppings, heat and enjoy!
Tell me, is there anything more All-American than a casserole? This absolutely incredible, super easy and oh so delicious Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli + Rice Casserole is sure to knock your socks off! This fabulous dish is the perfect meal to simply stick in the oven and forget about it!
