The Latest Cruise Trend: Cruising Ducks! (with free printables)
All of the buzz on the latest cruise trend: cruising ducks!
Hey, y'all! Have you heard about the latest cruising trend? You've probably heard of hiding painted rocks around town, but have you heard of the Cruising Ducks?
In a Nutshell
Cruisers around the globe are hiding rubber ducks throughout cruise ships. When you find a rubber duck, you take a picture of it and post them on a Facebook group or on social media using the hashtag #cruisingducks. After you find it, you can decide whether you want to keep the rubber duck or hide it elsewhere. People are going ga-ga for rubber duckies!
What are the rules?
Hide the ducks in public places just make sure you avoid the shops, hot tubs and swimming pools. Although it may be cute to leave one in your cabin for the cruisers after you, try to be a bit more creative. Think outside of the box!
Attach a little note with the duck letting the finder know what to do with it. You can include your name, cruise date, and your hometown if you'd like. You can download one of these little printables or take a sharpie and write the note.

Fold on the vertical grey line in the center. Write your name and cruise date on the inside. Punch a hole in the top left corner. Use string or ribbon to attach the passport to your duck.
