Hey, y'all!  Welcome to the Weekly Meal Plan Menu!  Each week I will be sharing some of my favorite recipes for you to use as you are planning your meals throughout the week.  To access the recipes, simply click on the recipe title or photos.

Monday- Meatless Mondays
Tuesday- Taco Tuesday featuring our favorite Mexican food 
Wednesday-  Low-Carb Cuisine
Thursday-  Anything Goes Thursday
Friday- Pizza Fridays
Saturday- No Cook Saturdays.  This is our night to go out with friends, family or enjoy a date night!
Sunday- Traditional All-American meals!




Week #8



Meatless Monday


These Cheesy Lasagna Roll Ups are an easy weeknight meal your whole family will love!  I keep a few of these yummy roll-ups in my freezer at all times for a fast and easy meal!  They taste great with a fresh salad or Garlic and Herb Knots.



  Taco Tuesday


This dish takes taco salad to a whole new level!  Nacho Mama's Taco Salad is a delightful combination of a taco salad and a pasta salad.  Make it a meal by adding slices of grilled chicken.


Low Carb Wednesday



This delicious and juicy keto-friendly Lime + Salsa Pork Chop recipe is simple to make and perfect for your low-carb menu!  Simply toss the ingredients in the crock pot and forget about it until dinner time.  Head over to the Keto-Friendly section of the blog to check out all of the other great low-carb recipes!


Anything Goes Thursday

Pizza Fridays

This BBQ Chicken Naan Pizza takes about 15 minutes to come together so it's perfect for preparing during half-time or on a busy weeknight.  It features sweet and juicy shredded chicken, melted cheese, tangy barbecue sauce, and vibrant red onions.


All-American Sundays



This incredibly simple marinade turns plain old steak into scrumptious flavor-packed Steak Bites.  I often serve Garlic Roasted Asparagus Boursin Cheese Mashed Potatoes, or Creamy Parmesan Instant Pot Mashed Cauliflower "Potatoes" with this dish.
